Because our logistics team begins preparing packages almost immediately following order confirmation, the window available to cancel or modify an active order is highly constrained.
This document outlines the strict timelines, procedures, and conditions governing any requests to cancel or change an order.
- The Critical Processing Window
To maintain our standard 1–2 business day handling time, our system transmits order data to our warehouse repository in real-time. Once an order moves into the physical processing stage, it cannot be intercepted, altered, or stopped.

Daily Cut-Off Rule
Our daily order cut-off is strictly at 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
- If you place an order at 2:00 PM EST, you have a very short window to request a cancellation or change before the 5:00 PM EST processing block locks the queue.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST enter the fulfillment pipeline the following business day and can generally be modified if you contact us before operations resume the next morning.

Cancellation Protocol

- Format your email subject line exactly as: URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number].
- State clearly in the body of the email which apparel items you wish to cancel.
Processing Your Refund
If your request reaches our support desk before the order is processed, we will cancel the transaction and issue a full reimbursement.
- Refund Timeline: Your capital will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days in full compliance with our standard Return & Refund Policy.
- Fees: There are $0.00 cancellation fees. You receive 100% of your initial expenditure back, including the $6.99 shipping flat rate.
- Requesting a Change (Size, Color, or Address)
- Changing Garment Attributes (Size/Color)
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong size or color for a specific skirt or dress, we cannot swap individual line items inside a finalized transaction once it enters our system.
- The Solution: If the order is still unprocessed, our support staff will cancel the entire order so you can receive a full refund. You can then immediately place a fresh, correct order for the desired garment directly on our storefront.
- Modifying the Shipping Address
Ensuring address accuracy is the customer’s sole responsibility. If you notice a clerical error in your shipping destination:
- Contact support@zenithstyles.shop immediately before 5:00 PM EST.
- If the order has already been assigned a tracking number or handed over to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, Zenithstyles cannot reroute or recall the package.
- If the package is returned to our corporate facility at 7120 N Valley Dr, Urbandale, IA 50322 due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to re-ship the items.
- Post-Fulfillment Options: What to Do If It is Too Late
If your cancellation or change request arrives after your order has entered the processing pipeline, please do not panic. You can still return the items by utilizing our standard, risk-free satisfaction framework:
- Receive the Package: Allow the carrier to deliver the package to your address within our standard 2–6 business day transit window.
- Do Not Damaged the Tags: Open the external shipping package carefully. Do not remove any brand tags, labels, or clear protective packaging from the shirts, skirts, or dresses.
- Initiate a Free Return: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to email support@zenithstyles.shop and request a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Zero Out-of-Pocket Expenses: Returning the items is completely free. We charge $0.00 return shipping fees and $0.00 restocking fees. Once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original card within 7 business days.
