What are your handling and shipping timelines?

Our total delivery window ranges from 3 to 8 business days, broken down as follows:

  • Handling/Processing Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Transit/Shipping Time: 2 – 6 business days (Monday through Saturday).

What is your daily order cut-off time?

Our daily order cut-off is strictly at 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders authorized before 5:00 PM EST enter the fulfillment queue the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or over the weekend begin processing the next business day.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We partner exclusively with trusted major domestic couriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Our system automatically selects the optimal carrier based on your location and packet weight when your shipping label is generated.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently, Zenithstyles operates exclusively within the United States. We do not accommodate international orders or ship to addresses outside the domestic US borders.

We offer a risk-free 30-day return policy. You have exactly 30 calendar days from the verified date of delivery (as shown on the carrier tracking log) to request a return label.

Are there any fees for returning an item?

No. Zenithstyles provides completely risk-free returns. There are $0.00 return shipping fees and $0.00 restocking fees. We supply a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your returned items arrive at our facility and pass inspection (usually within 1–2 business days), we authorize your refund. The capital is issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because we process orders rapidly to meet our handling guarantees, you must request a cancellation or modification before your order enters processing. Please email support@zenithstyles.shop immediately with the subject line “URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]” prior to our 5:00 PM EST daily cut-off window.
