Counter-Notice Structural Requirements
Your counter-notice must be transmitted in writing to support@zenithstyles.shop and must contain the following information:
- Identification of the Removed Material: A clear description of the garments or assets that were removed, along with the precise URL location where the content appeared prior to removal.
- Your Complete Contact Details: Your full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and active email address.
- Jurisdiction Agreement Affidavit: You must include the following verbatim statement to establish court routing:
“I hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located (or the state of Iowa if my address is outside the United States), and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.”
- Perjury Statement: You must copy and paste this statement verbatim:
“I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material described above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.”

- The Takedown and Counter-Notice Timeline

1.Review and Content Suppression:Within 1 – 2 Business Days.
Our legal compliance team reviews the incoming DMCA Takedown Notice. If it is valid, the affected product pages or media files on Zenithstyles are suppressed. An automated alert is sent to the account that uploaded the content.
2.Submission of Counter-Notice:Within 30 Calendar Days.
If the affected party disputes the claim, they must compile and transmit their formal Counter-Notification to support@zenithstyles.shop within 30 days of the initial removal.
3.Claim Forwarding:Within 24 – 48 Hours.
Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notice, Zenithstyles forwards a complete duplicate copy to the original complaining party, notifying them that the disabled content may be restored.
4.Legal Response or Restoration:10 to 14 Business Days Window.
The original complainant has exactly 10 to 14 business days to respond with proof that they have filed a formal lawsuit seeking a court order to restrain the display of the content. If no proof of legal action is submitted within this window, Zenithstyles is legally permitted to restore the disabled apparel pages to our live storefront.
- Strict Repeat Infringer Policy
To protect intellectual property owners, Zenithstyles enforces a zero-tolerance Repeat Infringer Policy. Any backend merchant account, fulfillment user, or content creator associated with our storefront who is found to have repeatedly violated copyright boundaries—or accumulates more than two valid, undisputed DMCA takedown actions—will have their system access terminated immediately.
